What We're About
Helping People to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Their Purpose, and Make a Difference
At Urbancrest, we believe that church is more than a Sunday service — it's a family. Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or have been walking with God for years, there's a place for you here.
Our doors are open to everyone. No matter your story, your background, or your doubts — you are welcome here. Come as you are, and discover the extraordinary life God has for you.
Love God
Everything we do flows from a deep, authentic love for God. Worship is at the center of who we are.
Love People
We believe church is not a building — it's people. Every person matters and has a place here.

Our Story
Built on Faith, Rooted in Community
For decades, Urbancrest has been a light in Lebanon, Ohio — and we're just getting started.
Urbancrest's story began in 1953 when Reverend George G. Haney and 26 others gathered with a desire to establish a church in Lebanon. From a rented room on Mulberry Street to storefronts, temporary meeting spaces, and eventually our current campus on Drake Road, God has faithfully provided for Urbancrest through every season. What began as a small group of believers has grown into a church family with a long history of serving our community, making disciples, and taking the gospel beyond our walls.
While we are grateful for where God has brought us, we believe our story is still being written. Our heart is to be a church that loves Jesus, loves people, and lives on mission. We want to see people grow through worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and missions, reaching our neighbors here in Lebanon and carrying the gospel to the nations. We celebrate all that God has done, but we are even more excited to see what He will do in the years ahead.
