Senior Pastor
Geoff has served in ministry since answering God’s call as a teenager in 1993. His experience includes serving as a Youth Pastor, Collegiate Minister, Church Planter, and Senior Pastor, including 10 years of pastoral ministry in Florida. He has also served for 16 years as a law enforcement chaplain, supporting first responders and their families. Geoff holds degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Trinity Theological Seminary. He is passionate about preaching God’s Word, shepherding people well, and seeing lives transformed by the gospel. His heart for missions has taken him throughout the United States and to countries around the world, where he enjoys sharing the hope of Christ and encouraging others to live on mission.
Executive Pastor
David serves Urbancrest as Executive Pastor. He attended the University of the Cumberlands and has ministered in churches in Kentucky, Florida, and Ohio for over 45 years. David is married to Ginny, has two married daughters, and two granddaughters. As our Executive Pastor, he oversees many of the day to day operations of the church. He teaches our Engage New Members Class as well as other small groups. He meets monthly with our Stewardship Ministry and our Missions Team Ministry. He also fills the pulpit as needed.
Worship Pastor
Larry serves as Urbancrest's Worship Pastor, leading Christ-centered, Scripture-rooted worship that points people to the gospel. With more than 34 years of ministry experience, he equips musicians and volunteers to serve with excellence and helps connect worship through music with the preaching of God's Word. Larry has served churches in several states and traveled for 23 years with the nationally known gospel quartet, The Penny Loafers.
Student Pastor
Tucker serves as the Student Pastor at Urbancrest Church. He is passionate about helping middle school and high school students know Christ, grow in their faith, and become lifelong disciples who make disciples. Tucker enjoys teaching God's Word, investing in students and families, equipping volunteers, and creating environments where students can build authentic relationships centered on the gospel.
Local Missions Strategist
Darrel is passionate about finding creative ways to exhibit the love of Christ to the communities of Lebanon and Warren County. Previously, Darrel was a church planter and lead pastor in churches for 25 years. When it comes to loving the community, Darrel is always looking for additional volunteers to support local ministries, including the Red Barn, Baskets of Hope Food Ministry, and summer block parties. His ultimate goal is to get as many people as possible involved in loving their neighbors through acts of kindness and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Missions Admin
Jennifer serves as Urbancrest's Missions Administrator, supporting local and global missions, coordinating missions events and outreach, assisting with the annual missions conference and mission trips, and helping lead the Red Barn benevolence ministry.
Preschool Director
Bringing a warm heart and a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, she loves using her background in children's and non-profit ministry to build a close-knit community as Preschool Director. She is truly blessed to train and coordinate wonderful volunteers as they teach precious children essential core Biblical values. Her passion for family and faith shines through at home, too, where she has been happily married for 30 years and is the proud mama of 10 children and one sweet granddaughter.
Nursery Ministry Director
Mikhael serves as Urbancrest’s Nursery Director. She oversees our incredible nursery volunteers and helps ensure that our precious little ones are well cared for while their parents are serving or being spiritually filled themselves.
Member Services
Mark has had the opportunity to serve in many different capacities which include providing compassionate care, and ministry support to church members, local schools, pastors, and community partners. His role has grown into a broad ministry of connection—serving as a liaison for benevolence care, hospital and in-home visits, baptism requests, building usage, funerals, and other member needs. He also works closely with Lebanon City Schools, local churches, city and county organizations, and area pastors to strengthen relationships and extend the church’s support throughout Lebanon and Warren County.
Guest Services
Sydni leads Urbancrest Guest Services teams for Welcome and Hospitality. Our goal is to help every guest and member of our church community feel welcomed, valued, and informed at worship services and special events.
Financial Officer
Tanya serves as our Church Financial Administrator, where she loves using her passion for both numbers and people to serve. Tanya and her husband, Dan, have four children and are excited to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year.
Technical Director
Matthew leads Urbancrest's Production Team for Sunday services and special events. He also oversees the church's IT systems, website, app, digital tools development, and video production, helping support the church's ministries through technology and creative media.
Building Superintendent
Jim serves as Urbancrest's Building Superintendent, overseeing building maintenance and preparing the church for weekly services and events. He began serving as a part-time janitor before stepping into the building and maintenance role in August 2025. Jim brings more than 18 years of maintenance experience and holds 13 professional maintenance certificates. He has also served in various ministries and churches for more than 26 years. For Jim, caring for the church building is more than a job. It is a ministry and an opportunity to serve the Lord and His church.
