Urbancrest Church ("Urbancrest," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use urbancrest.church and its related website features.

The Urbancrest Prayer Wall is a public prayer feature. It does not require a website account to view requests, submit a request, or indicate that you have prayed for a request.

Every submitted prayer request is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Authorized Urbancrest moderators may review the original information submitted and may edit, decline, hide, or remove a request when appropriate to protect privacy, maintain the purpose of the Prayer Wall, or enforce website guidelines.
Selecting the anonymous option means that your name will not be displayed publicly with the prayer request.
If you provide your name, authorized Urbancrest moderators may still be able to see it even when the request is displayed publicly as "Anonymous."
Anonymous display should therefore not be understood to mean that the submission is anonymous to Urbancrest.
Approved Prayer Wall requests may be viewed by anyone with access to the website and may be copied, shared, photographed, or otherwise distributed by other people.

The Prayer Wall includes an automated privacy check that may recognize certain common patterns associated with potentially sensitive information and provide a warning before submission. This check is advisory and cannot identify every type of private or sensitive information. You remain responsible for reviewing your request before submitting it.
Prayer requests may be retained for moderation, administrative, security, and ministry purposes even after they are no longer publicly displayed.
Answered requests may be removed from public display after approximately six months. Older requests may also be archived or hidden as part of normal Prayer Wall management.
Hiding or archiving a request from the public Prayer Wall does not necessarily delete the underlying record.
Visitors may indicate that they have prayed for a request.
Urbancrest uses an anonymous browser identifier and related security information to help prevent repeated or automated activity from artificially increasing prayer counts.
This identifier is not displayed publicly and is not intended to identify you by name.
Urbancrest uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate website activity from bots and automated abuse.
Turnstile may be used with features such as:
The Prayer Wall uses Invisible Turnstile, which allows verification to occur in the background without requiring a visible challenge during normal use.
As part of this verification, Cloudflare may process technical security signals such as your IP address, browser or device information, network characteristics, website origin, and related information used to identify automated or malicious activity.
Urbancrest may send information such as your IP address and the verification result to Cloudflare as part of the verification process.
According to Cloudflare, Turnstile is designed for security verification and does not access, store, or transmit the contents of form entries or other communications you enter into the protected form.

Urbancrest may also use network information and anonymous identifiers to apply reasonable rate limits and protect website features from spam and abuse. Where practical, technical identifiers used specifically for rate limiting may be stored in a one-way transformed form rather than as the original network address.
Urbancrest provides an AI-assisted search and question-answering feature intended to help visitors find information about Urbancrest Church, including ministries, beliefs, events, staff, service times, and other church information.
Not every question submitted through the search feature is sent to a generative AI model.
Many questions can be answered directly using structured information maintained by Urbancrest. In those cases, the website may produce an answer without invoking a large language model.
When a question requires generated synthesis, Urbancrest may use AI services provided through Base44 to generate a response based on information selected from Urbancrest's knowledge resources.
Urbancrest's AI-assisted search does not specify a separate AI model for each generated request. Instead, generated requests use the AI model configured for the Urbancrest application through the Base44 platform.
Base44 refers to its default configuration as its standard model and supports AI models from providers that may include OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. The particular provider or model used for generated responses may change if Urbancrest changes its application configuration or as supported model availability changes.
Urbancrest does not represent that every search is processed by all of these providers. A provider processes a generated request only when applicable to the model and service configuration used for that request.
If Urbancrest explicitly selects a particular AI model or materially changes its AI-processing arrangement, this Policy may be updated to reflect that change.

Urbancrest serves children and families through its ministries, but urbancrest.church is not intended to collect personal information independently from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
